Why we're hiring
rera.watch is Bengaluru's independent monitor for Karnataka RERA-registered real estate projects. Homebuyers and industry watchers increasingly rely on us instead of taking a builder's sales pitch at face value. Growth so far has been almost entirely word-of-mouth — we're now looking for our first marketing hire to help more homebuyers find us, and to build relationships across Bengaluru's real estate ecosystem.
Marketing Manager
Full-time · Remote
You'll own marketing end to end for rera.watch — both digital and offline — reporting directly and shaping the strategy from the ground up.
Digital marketing
- Own SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic to our project, builder, and article pages
- Build and run our social media presence
- Experiment with paid acquisition channels
- Launch and grow an email/newsletter channel for homebuyers and industry followers
Offline marketing
- Build relationships with brokers, builders, and RERA-adjacent professionals
- Represent rera.watch at real estate events and expos in Bengaluru
- Drive local PR and word-of-mouth channels
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of marketing experience, comfortable owning both digital and offline channels
- Strong written communication — you'll be a voice for rera.watch
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently on a small team
- Interest in real estate, proptech, or regulatory/data-driven products is a plus
